Renee was super sweet, precessional, and answered my questions honestly. She had very logical suggestions and I was willing to work with her. I loved the chocolates and I felt valued as a customer. I'm glad that I got my hair done. During the trim there was a tiny shred of hair that was missed, but I had another appointment already scheduled and notified Renee. She fixed it and we continued the coloring of my hair. Very understanding. Renee deserves a raise.

Great little hole in the wall spa. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. They offer you free drinks when you come in and when you leave. Every room smells lovely. Rachel did a great job tinting and waxing my brows.

My facial experience with Abby was amazing! She listened to my concerns and personalized my facial to what I needed. She made great recommendations for skincare products and even gave me a sample eye cream to take home. The establishment itself is very beautiful and the front desk was very accommodating when my boyfriend booked me a last minute appointment for my birthday. 10/10 recommend!
